Indirect Purchasing Internship

STARTING FROM MARCH  | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS

We are looking for a passionate and engaged Indirect Purchasing Intern to join our Indirect Purchasing team in our Global HQ in Milan.

MAIN ACTIVITIES: 

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities: 

• Maintaining constant contact with external suppliers to assist them in contract and documentation processes;
• Collaborating with internal company functions (administration, legal, finance) to ensure contract finalization and payments;
• Collecting tax and contractual documentation from suppliers and uploading them onto company systems (Jaggaer);
• Assisting company users in the purchase order process (SAP Ariba): issuing orders, monitoring order status and progress;
• Verifying or monitoring delivery shipments, payment checks, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Professional use of Italian and English; 
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
