For our Headquarter offices in Milan, we are looking for a HR Processes & Organization Development Coordinator to join our HR Team.

 

Your Impact

 

As an HR Processes & Organization Development Coordinator, you will oversee & coordinate the evolution (design and implementation) of global HR application solutions across all HR Processes. 

You will be the guardian of the organization evolution consistency, partnering with HRBPs, also coordinating Workforce Forecasting processes, provide HC analytics insights demonstrating strong knowledge of the Organization Development initiatives and Data model.

 

 

Activities:

 

ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT

  • Develop strong partnering with HRBPs and other internal stakeholders to lead the Organization Development initiatives, coordinate Organization Development needs assessment, provide insights for decision taking, keeping strong focus on the Budget available;
  • Design, implement and maintain models for analytics and planning, and provide strategic workforce insights for the business;
  • Manage the global master data and CoreHR module, to ensure compliance & accuracy of data required for all of our HR processes; lead change requests in the HR systems & modules and continuous improvement;
  • Produce organizational compliance reports and dossiers, as well as ensure the production of the global company organization chart (physical on request and digital);

 

PROCESS & PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

 

  • Work with HQ & Regional teams, as well as IT, to ensure, as PM, alignment & successful delivery of global projects, supporting all transformation steps (implementation, adoption and change management) of HR solutions;
  • Remain a key point of contact for HQ & Regional teams to manage any improvement project or propose to evaluate, acquisition of new solution, implementation & continuous improvement activities on the HR Systems landscape, working with IT on the planning and execution, respecting the budget constraints;

 

 

Who we are looking for:

 

Main Qualifications:

 

  • University Degree in Management, Business, Economics, Engineering;
  • At least 5 years of previous experience gained in similar roles (preferably in Consulting firms), with a focus on Project Management activities; 
  • Proficiency in Italian & English;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the main HR Management tools;
